With a career in property management that spans over nearly two decades, Jennifer is a cornerstone in the Missoula property management community. Co-founding Plum Property Management with her husband Josh in 2009, what began as a basement startup has flourished into a leading property management firm overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 2,000 doors, including residential homes, multi-unit complexes, commercial spaces, storage facilities, and mobile home communities.
At the heart of Plum Property Management’s success is Jennifer’s commitment to enriching the community through reliable and comprehensive property solutions. The firm is dedicated to working with residents at every economic level and at all stages of life. Jennifer understands the complexities of property investment and is driven by a progressive philosophy aimed at maximizing client equity and property value.
Though not a Missoula native, Jennifer and her family chose this community for its secure and welcoming environment. Outside of her professional commitments, she finds joy in spending time with her family, traveling, and caring for her dogs.
Jennifer’s credentials are a testament to her commitment to industry excellence. Among her numerous roles, she has served as Secretary (2008-2011), Membership Coordinator (2012-2013), and Legislative Chairwoman (2015-2016) for the Western Montana Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She is also a candidate for the Residential Management Professional designation from NARPM, and a licensed property manager in Montana. Her accolades include the 2022 Flying High Award from the Missoula Businesswomen’s Network.
Her professional affiliations extend beyond NARPM to the Institute of Real Estate Management, Missoula Businesswomen’s Network, Missoula Professional Business Referrals, Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Missoula Organization of Realtors. These partnerships underscore her dedication to advocacy, professionalism, and continuing education, which she believes are vital for long-term success in property management.

Josh grew up in Seeley Lake, Montana, and completed his high school education at Hellgate High School in Missoula. He furthered his passion for music at the University of Montana. Music and the arts continue to be an integral part of his life. His formative years in customer service were spent in the restaurant industry, where he acquired skills in collaboration, management training, conflict resolution, and communication.
Josh holds dual roles as Director of Business Development with Plum Property Management and Broker/Owner at Point 6 Real Estate. The sister companies’ comprehensive services span the full property lifecycle. From identifying promising investment opportunities and facilitating property acquisitions, to providing end-to-end management services that grow and optimize portfolios, Josh serves as a single point of contact for investors. When it comes to eventual sale and exit strategies, he offers tailored solutions to ensure a smooth transition. Josh brings a broad and versatile skill set to each endeavor. Mentorship is a cornerstone of his approach, as he continually seeks to both educate and learn from other professionals in Montana’s real estate community.
Josh and Jennifer are parents to Timothy and Olivia. Family, golf, hunting, and appreciating Montana’s natural beauty are important to him. His aspiration is to instill a strong work ethic and a positive mindset in his children. Enjoying time with his grandson, Jocko, is a new favorite way to spend time.
For 2023 and 2024, Josh maintains his commitment to the Missoula Organization of Realtors. He is a member of the Member Benefits Committee and the Five Valleys Housing Report Committee. Additionally, he is slated to take on the role of Vice President with MOR in 2024. Professional designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert).
Abby Gill

Abby Gill started her career in property management in 2018 with Plum Property Management. She is a licensed property manager in the state of Montana. She is a professional member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She serves as the 2022 President for the Western Montana Chapter of NARPM. She is also member of the Missoula Businesswomen’s Network.
Her role as the Director of Operations includes overseeing the company’s departments and leading them with a valuable vision always in mind. When recruiting new team members, she holds a higher standard of professionalism and expectations to all. The culture of our office is imperative to our team members experience and their growth at the company. These individuals must always seek out the best in themselves. They must strive for excellence and put a high standard on professional development. She is grateful to work alongside individuals who push themselves to better their communities, are career driven, forward thinking, and take progressive actions.
Abby is a Utah native. She is one of four daughters to Ryan and Rebecca Gill. She is a dog mom to Maiden and Zeppelin. She and her fiancé are expecting their first child in 2022. She is a lover of all thing’s reality TV, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
