Jennifer S. Plum

She began her career in the property management industry in 2005. In 2009, Jennifer and her husband Josh founded Plum Property Management in their basement. Our team works closely with a variety of clients managing their assets which include residential homes, multi-unit complexes both large and small, commercial offices and retail, storage facilities, and mobile home communities. Plum truly enjoys providing housing services in my community and working closely with investors to manage, elevating, and stabilize their properties. Plum has elevated its presence in the Missoula community and proud to have a portfolio including 2000 doors.
We work with renters of all different budgets and that are in different phases of life. She is always eager to provide our community, residents, and clients with meaningful resources. Plum has built strong relationships with reputable organizations and vendors throughout Western Montana. Her role with Plum Property Management primarily involves education and advocacy. She has a progressive mindset in building equity for her client’s investment properties.
Although not originally from Missoula, her family migrated to be safer community. She loves her family and enjoys spending time with them, traveling, and snuggling her dogs. She is proud to work with the best property management team in Montana. Advocacy, professionalism, and education in the real estate management industry are key to the success at Plum Property Management.
Jennifer’s accomplishments and affiliations include the following: Jennifer has served as the 2008-2011 Secretary, 2012-2013 Membership Coordinator, and the 2015-2016 Legislative Chairwomen of the Western Montana Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She is a Residential Management Professional candidate of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She is a licensed property manager in the state of Montana. She is the 2022 recipient of the Flying High Award, presented by the Missoula Businesswomen’s Network. Jennifer’s affiliations include the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Institute of Real Estate Management, Missoula Businesswomen’s Network, Missoula Professional Business Referrals, Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Missoula Organization of Realtors.

Josh is a proud native of Montana. Born and raised in Seeley Lake, he commuted 60 miles to Hellgate High School in Missoula and graduated in 1996. Josh then continued his music studies further at the University of Montana from 1996-2001. He remains an avid music lover and lover of the arts. Josh learned his customer service skills in restaurant management and worked in franchise development and management training for a fast-growing company in Missoula. The opportunity saw him open restaurants and train staff members all over the United States.
Josh started his real estate career with his wife Jennifer and their property management company. Plum Property Management has been a leader in the Missoula rental industry since 2009. Josh developed the vacation and short-term rental department within Plum Property Management and continues to serve as Director of Business Development. He enjoys working with investors to provide excellent property management and guidance to grow their individual portfolios. This close involvement in the multi-family and commercial real estate segment gives Josh a great perspective on investment properties and their unique needs. He looks forward to providing and continuing to receive mentorship with real estate professionals throughout the state of Montana to strengthen the industry.
Josh and Jennifer are proud parents of Timothy and Olivia. His work ethic and positive attitude are the biggest traits he hopes to instill in his children. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, playing music, and enjoying the beauty of Montana.

He is a Residential Management Professional candidate of the National Association of Residential Property Management. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Montana Organization of Realtors, and the Missoula Organization of Realtors.

Abby Gill started her career in property management in 2018 with Plum Property Management. She is a licensed property manager in the state of Montana. She is a professional member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She serves as the 2022 President for the Western Montana Chapter of NARPM. She is also member of the Missoula Businesswomen’s Network.
Her role as the Director of Operations includes overseeing the company’s departments and leading them with a valuable vision always in mind. When recruiting new team members, she holds a higher standard of professionalism and expectations to all. The culture of our office is imperative to our team members experience and their growth at the company. These individuals must always seek out the best in themselves. They must strive for excellence and put a high standard on professional development. She is grateful to work alongside individuals who push themselves to better their communities, are career driven, forward thinking, and take progressive actions.
Abby is a Utah native. She is one of four daughters to Ryan and Rebecca Gill. She is a dog mom to Maiden and Zeppelin. She and her fiancé are expecting their first child in 2022. She is a lover of all thing’s reality TV, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
