The open kitchen overlooks the living room. Please note the kitchen does not have a stove, it does feature a mini-fridge as well as an air fryer, perfect for a quick trip to Missoula.

The front porch offers a place to gather and enjoy company or just relax. This beautifully remodeled 1910 home is in the University District of beautiful Missoula, Montana. This property was tastefully designed to match the character of the original construction. The property is situated between the University of Montana and downtown Missoula.

Within two blocks of the property:
Higgins Avenue and then a short walk across the footbridge to Down Town Missoula, Big Dipper Ice Cream, Toole Park, Clyde Coffee, Bridge Pizza, Missoulian Angler Fly Shop, Kettle House Brewing. On The Hip Strip you will find shopping and eateries like Gild, Betty’s Divine, Ciao Mambo, and The Historic Roxy Theatre.

Just three blocks from the University of Montana campus and from there a short walk across the parking lot to the Washington Grizzly Stadium.

Right across the street, you will find access to the River which includes a trail for walking or biking. This trail can take you to the campus or as far as the Missoula Paddleheads Stadium. *Bikes to come in the Spring of 2022*
