Restored Charmer!

Just two blocks from the University of Montana and a few blocks from Downtown and the Clark Fork River, this historic home built in 1910 was renovated with a modern style and restored craftsman woodwork. Located in the University District, this home puts you right in the center of it all. Old giant trees and big beautiful homes make you feel like you are in a storybook setting.

On the main level of the home, which was fully remodeled as an accessible space you will discover beautiful oak flooring throughout, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. Two bedrooms, one with a full-sized bed and the other with a twin-sized murphy bed are situated on the main floor, alongside a full and half bath. The main floor also features a washer and dryer. 

Head up to the second-floor suite and discover the master bedroom, complete with an attached full bathroom and sitting area. The lush exterior features a wraparound porch where you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or the morning commuters. 

Want to try some yummy baked goods? Head to Tandem Bakery and Cafe or over to Liquid Planet for some delicious food options as well as great coffee and tea selections. Make sure to visit Rockin Rudys, to shop one of the biggest music selections in Montana, and pick out some locally made gifts ranging from t-shirts, jewelry, huckleberry goods, and something for your furry companion. Near by you will find Gild Brewing, Big Dipper Ice Cream, Ciao Mambo Italian Restaurant, Bernice’s Bakery, and Cedar Creek Salon & Day Spa for some well-deserved pampering. The Restored Charmer includes televisions, WiFi, and a washer and dryer onsite. When snow is present, we ask that guests park in front of the garage door. During the summer months, guests can park in the gravel lots next to the garage (the gravel lot is not plowed in the winter). Off-street parking on Hilda Avenue is available as parking on University Avenue is prohibited for guests. Please reach out to us for further questions related to parking. The guest will not have access to the garage. One pet may be permitted, upon approval, with an additional pet rent of $100.00.
